The coronavirus and the positive side. Part 3

Last week I did not even know that I would go on with the topic, this week I am already at part 3 of the positive side of the coronavirus. But why not? So let’s go…

Two weeks ago, I have pointed out that it is a wonderful opportunity to take care of yourself, and I would like to dive a little deeper into one aspect of it. Inspired by an article I saw this is where I proceed: The article talked about alimentation, and it talked about being hungry for life and therefore, never suffer from overeating again.

I will obviously not dive into the food topic, but I like the idea about the hunger for life. And I would, therefore, like to start with a question: Are you hungry for life? I mean not for your vacation, not for what will come at some time in the future, but about what your life looks like now. On a daily basis. Are you waking up in the morning excited about getting up and starting into the new day, that has the potential to be the best day of your life?

Mostly, when the answer to this question is no, it is because we know deep inside, that this day has no chance to be the best day of our life. So far. It is because we actually lead a life that is not exactly what we would like it to look like. Or it is not even a bit like we would like it to look like. So we maneuver from weekend to weekend to have that little joy, that we think we can have.

Let me ask you two questions:

  1. Do you know what your ideal day would look like? And by saying that, I don’t mean the ideal day, that you have once you are on a holiday, but the ideal day, that you could be in day in and day out. The everyday’s life.
  2. If the answer to question number 1 is yes, why are you not doing it? If the answer to question number 1 is no – then your question is: when was the last time you risked everything to go for what your heart wants?

So in order to be hungry for life, your first step is to find out – what are you hungry for. What is it, that would not bore you to death, even though you would have to do it every day?  And your second step: find the courage to do it. Simple as that. Or difficult as that.

Why do I know this? Because there was a time when I was exactly where you are now. Until I found my way out of the hamster wheel and stepped up to live the life I am really hungry for, full of energy, laughter, joy, and love. And I can help you to take a shortcut and get there too.

Lots of love and a life full of the best food – for your body and soul!
