The 3 main areas that are crucial for your dream life – #1: HEALTH
When you are on the journey to create your dream life, there are 3 areas you want to have in place:
*Health
*Love
*Money
Today, I will focus on health, because it often treated as if it would be not important at all. But it is.
What are we, if we are not healthy? Mostly, we only find out the moment health is taken away from us. When we are sick, suddenly we realize how important health is and the only thing we want to do is getting healthy. Funnily, once we accomplished that, we act as we can never be sick again.
So I am not saying that you should be constantly worried about your health, that you should be afraid of every little thing to influence your life in a bad way, as a matter of fact, what I am saying is: stay away from being a hypochondriac.
But on the other hand, I have seen the opposite: coming form professional sports, I know that alimentation is many times focused on performance, rather than health. Look at bodybuilding: these people are stuffing themselves with protein, de-hydrating themselves before their competitions just so that the muscles have optimum LOOKS! And that is what is reflected in our eating habits: My clients wanted to look good and that is what they wanted their elementation to be based on: their looks. Hardly anyone ever told me: Give me a plan where my body gets all the nutrients it needs for optimum function.
But don’t you agree that this is what we should focus on first? Building a strong immune system, healthy digestion, in other words, a body that is strong and can function optimally, so you do not need to worry about health? And honestly, if your alimentation is good, your body shape usually is falling into place by itself.
So let’s face it: a healthy body is one of the pillars your happiness is built on. Let’s learn to be nice(r) to our body.
