The 3 main areas that are crucial for your dream life – #2: LOVE

When you are on the journey to create your dream life, there are 3 areas you want to have in place: 

*Health – we have covered that in the last article

*Love

*Money

Today, I will focus on love, because this is what we all want to have. Being loved, and love. 

Actually, I think this area is very much covered so far, and don’t worry, it will still be an important part of the journey. Not only because you should be enabled to find yourself the relationship of your dreams, but moreover, because you should find your self-worth, self-love as a basis for everything else to build on. 

Why? Because as long as you don’t truly understand your worth, you will not be able to get yourself the life that you want and deserve. As a matter of fact, you might not even know you deserve it at this point. So as long as you don’t even know you deserve it, why should it be given to you? 

It is important to know that in life, it is all about energy, Albert Einstein said that a long time ago. So it is not what you are saying, it is the energy behind that makes a difference. It is like when you sense that someone is lying to you: it is obviously not the words, it is the feeling you get when they speak. 

So it is not so much about what you are saying, it is the energy that you send out about yourself, that creates the results, that creates the life that you have. And in order to have a different life, you have to change the energy. 

That also applies to your relationship: if the same patterns show up again and again, if you cannot let go, if you are suffering, that is where you are currently stuck. And you need to start changing this first before the result will change. It is basically as if you would have a broken leg, and you would want to participate in a marathon: that is going to be very difficult up to impossible as long as the bone did not heal. The same goes for your relationships and your self-love: you have to heal first. 

And this is what we will look into, so you can create the life of your Dreams, including the love you desire and deserve.
